Electric starter kit for the Suzuki LT500R Quadzilla.
This starter kit runs on top on the OEM flywheel. Please select in the drop down menu the flywheel design that you will be using with your starter kit:

The electric starter requires 24V for cranking achieved by using two 12V battery connected in series.  The batteries need to be individually charged using a 12V lithium battery charger in between rides.

    After purchasing the electric starter for my lt500r and installing it Me and my friends went for a weekend ride. It was so nice not having to kick start it. The electric starter works great probably started it twenty times over the weekend with no problems. Makes riding it enjoyable

    I purchased the electric start for one of my Quadzilla’s back in March . The installation was easy and the final result has been great. It starts every time and its a pleasure not to have to kick it. We are now in August and it hasn’t given me any problems. I’m in the process of building another Quadzilla and considering installing another Panthera kit.

    Great product im install my in december 2022 and im push it too the in river,mud extreme heat and keep starting with no problem,im using two battety lithium in series and a start lot of times.

    This is an excellent product. I helped a friend of mine with the electrical and I am very impressed with the quality of this starter conversion. It really whips the engine over fast enough to overcome kickbacks, hard starting issues, and high compression. It’s very impressive and looks really nice on the bike.
