CR500 (1985-2002) – Electric starter GEN02

Description

This is the 2nd generation of electric starter kit for the CR500. Upgraded in every points from our knowledge of making the generation one since 2016.

With a more compact assembly and a smaller electric motor.

The new stator is made to directly connect in the OEM CR500 CDI ignition.

You will be getting:

• Aluminum billet cover
• New Panthera flywheel, stator and current rectifier with 100W for accessories
• Main ring gear / one way clutch

Maintenance

It is recommended to flush the oil after the first ride to eliminate particles generated by the gears first meshing and break in. Taking cover off to remove all particles is recommended instead of only using the drain plug. On a normal basis, change the oil at the same time as transmission oil..
