Description
This is a bolt-on electric starter kit for the Honda CR250 dirtbike. This upgrade comes with everything you need to convert your motorcycle to electric start. It comes with a battery box ready to receive an Antigravity 401 or SC-1 battery and includes the complete wiring.
The housing is made of billet aluminum and the gears of solid hardened steel. The kit comes with a flange that fits to your OEM flywheel and keep running the original ignition.
The system does not recharge the battery, it will need a recharge every 125-150 starts. Some aftermarket stator/regulator to generate 12V are already available on the market.

- 3/8 drive socket wrench
- Socket wrench extension
- 8mm socket
- 10mm socket
- 17mm socket
- 5mm Allen drive bit (long tip)
- 4mm Allen drive bit
- 60-150 in-lb torque wrench
- ½ drive 150 ft-lb torque wrench
- RTV silicone
- 3/4 drill bit and a drill

Maintenance
It is recommended to flush the oil after the first ride to eliminate particles generated by the gears first meshing and break in. Taking cover off to remove all particles is recommended versus only using the drain plug.
On a normal basis, change the oil at the same time as transmission oil.
